General Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Colour & Style by Christy Li through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue using our services.

Service Description

Colour & Style by Christy Li specialises in image consulting services that include Personal Colour Analysis, Face and Body Structure Analysis, Total Glow Up, and Plus-size Glow Up. Details about the scope and cost of these services are outlined on our website or will be discussed with you prior to the services.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and deposits must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Various payment methods are accepted and will be specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The fees for each type of service is that set out in our price list current at the date of the order and are not those supplied on our website, brochures, or advertisements. Prices for services may be calculated on a fixed fee standard rate basis.

Fees and charges at the rate applicable at the time of the order, if applicable at all.
You must pay the deposit payment, which is 50% of the service fee, via payment methods such as PayMe or FPS. The remaining balance will be charged by cash, PayMe, or FPS when the service is complete at the service location.
Once the service is booked, the deposit is non-refundable, including instances of no-shows on the appointment day.
You are able to reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. The deposit will be refunded in 3 working days. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellations are made less than 24 hours’ notice.
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.

Confidentiality
We may collect the following personal information from users who visit our website:

Contact informations such as name, phone number, email address
Unique identifiers such as username and password and from Google Form
Personal informations such as body measurements, lifestyle preferences, wardrobe situations, etc.
Photos of yourself

We use this information to:

Assess your needs to determine suitable service
Create requested personalised reports
Send you requested product or service information
Respond to customer service requests
Send you marketing communications (optional)
Improve our website and marketing efforts
Conduct research and analysis

Security of Personal Data
Our general policy is not to disclose any personal data to third parties except as required by law or with your prior consent. All personal data you provided us are secured with restricted access by us and authorized personnel only.

Colour & Style by Christy Li assumes no liability for any misuse or misunderstanding of information provided during consultations. You are responsible for how you apply the information provided and should consult other professionals as necessary.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license by Colour & Style by Christy Li direct to use any item displayed.
